At Bilbolaget's Damage Center, you'll develop your skills in a modern workshop alongside competent colleagues who are passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork. About the Role: As an auto body painter at Bilbolaget's Damage Center, you'll work independently and on varied tasks in a modern workshop equipped with the latest technology. You'll work through the entire auto painting process and become an important part of the team that restores collision-damaged vehicles to like-new condition. Your responsibilities will include: Perform prep work for painting, such as sanding, filling, and masking. Paint passenger vehicles and vehicle parts according to work orders and applicable quality standards. Perform color analysis, color mixing, and color matching. Repair plastic parts through methods such as bonding and plastic welding. Conduct and document quality control before and after completed work. Record working time, supplements, and any deviations in relevant systems. Collaborate with damage assessors, repair technicians, and other colleagues. Order and follow up on needs for materials, spare parts, and consumables. Maintain order, upkeep, and care of the workplace, equipment, and tools. Work safely and use personal protective equipment in accordance with applicable procedures. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16. Flexible working hours Monday-Thursday may be possible in consultation with your direct manager. We're Looking for You: Are trained as an auto body painter or have equivalent work experience. Hold a B-class driver's license (required) Are thorough and quality-conscious Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Have a positive and service-oriented work approach Bilbolaget is looking for someone with a positive attitude, a solution-oriented approach, experience working under time pressure, and who sees every challenge as a natural part of your career development.
