The family court works both preventatively and on assignment from other authorities, primarily the district court. In preventive work, we offer counseling, information meetings, voluntary collaboration meetings, and establish agreements with the goal of helping parents find sustainable solutions based on the child's best interests. Parental support initiatives through Whole Child and BIFF groups are close to our hearts. We work to strengthen parental cooperation and create conditions for children to have security, stability, and good relationships with their parents. The child's perspective is always in focus. What Does the Work Involve? As a manager with us, you will, among other things: Have overall responsibility for all properties within the Preschool management area. Prioritize measures based on the tenants' needs and the condition and function of the buildings. A significant portion of your working time will be spent collaborating with our tenants to develop the properties. Maintain continuous contact and dialogue with tenants and lead minor maintenance and renovation projects. Since ongoing property operations are outsourced to contractors, supervising and monitoring the supplier is an important part of your work as a property manager. You'll be supported by a technical specialist, operations controller, project unit, and other colleagues in the Property Department. The tenants you meet in your work reflect the municipality's exciting operational areas, and you'll meet daily with colleagues from, among others, the Children and Education Department. The goal of the work is, of course, that our tenants have the best possible properties within schools, preschools, cultural and recreational facilities, and care services. Solna Municipality and the Technical Administration have well-developed methods and procedures for efficient contractor management and contract monitoring, which will provide you with good support in your daily monitoring work. We're looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education or supplementary education assessed as relevant for the role of property manager. At least one year of experience as a property manager or technical administrator. Ability to communicate in Swedish very well, both orally and in writing.
