Hallen Senior Center has approximately 60 employees and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Råsunda with proximity to green areas. The residence has 69 apartments for individuals with care authorization for 24-hour care. We have both somatic and dementia care services. We also offer day activities run directly by Solna Municipality.
Hallen is a specialized residential facility with food and culture as its focus. Meals are an important part of life and should be a source of joy, pleasure, and community, while also providing nutrition and energy. The food reflects the seasons and holidays.

What Does the Work Involve?
As a nursing assistant at Hallen Senior Center, your task is to work together with your colleagues to create a safe environment for residents. You will provide good care and work with residents to plan and carry out activities and outdoor time, for example in our beautiful garden, with the goal that residents have a meaningful daily life.
Your work tasks include:
Following and implementing interventions in residents' care plans.
Offering activities and social interaction that provide a meaningful day, going on walks.
Documentation in social records (Life Care).
Service tasks such as laundry, cleaning, serving meals, baking, and other practical tasks.
Performing medical interventions as delegated and collaborating with the responsible nurse and paramedics.
The work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Who Are We Looking For?
You have:
Nursing assistant certification
Experience working in elderly care
Good knowledge of care and support work
Good digital skills at the level required for these tasks
Experience with social documentation
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
We consider it a merit if you have:
Recognized protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare
Knowledge of BPSD
Welfare knowledge.
The position requires that you are a secure and empathetic person who likes to take initiative. To succeed, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are flexible. You are someone who acts in the best interest of the entire operation and can plan and organize your work efficiently.
