About Us Solna Municipality is seeking a dedicated contact person for a 47-year-old man who wishes to receive support in breaking social isolation and achieving a more active and meaningful leisure life. As a contact person, you will help create opportunities for community, social connections, and activities outside the home. Through your commitment, you can make a real difference in another person's daily life. Our Offer We offer a meaningful assignment where you have the opportunity to contribute to increased quality of life and social participation. You will receive: Orientation and support for the assignment Ongoing guidance and mentoring as needed Compensation and expense reimbursement according to SKR guidelines A rewarding and developmental assignment where you make a real difference What Does the Work Involve? The assignment comprises approximately 10 hours per month. As a contact person, you serve as a human connection and social support. You encourage and participate in activities that contribute to a more active and enriched leisure life. Through your presence, you help create social community and break isolation. Activities may include: Going to the gym together Attending concerts Going to the movies Having coffee or taking a walk Shopping or taking simple outings Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who: Has an interest in music and exercise and enjoys building long-term relationships. Is social, attentive, and engaged with a genuine interest in spending time with and supporting others. Is reliable, responsible, and contributes to increased quality of life and social community. Has knowledge of or experience working with people with NPF (neuropsychiatric functional impairments).
