This position is located at Jobbfabriken within the Employment and Business Development Department, which works to strengthen Solna residents' opportunities for work and studies, as well as develop the city's business climate. We're now seeking a Development Lead and Coach who wants to make a difference for newly arrived immigrants, young people, and adults. The role involves close collaboration with businesses, municipal activities, associations, and other stakeholders. You will work in multiple locations throughout the city, including Solna City Hall and the library in Solna centrum. You'll have a key role in important development work where you contribute to creating new pathways to learning, participation, and self-sufficiency. Here you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, build networks, and develop initiatives that make a concrete difference for people entering society and the job market. What Does the Work Involve? As a development lead, you're responsible for developing and coordinating activities linked to activity requirements, with the goal of strengthening participants' Swedish language skills and creating progression toward employment or studies. You'll drive the development work from idea to implementation and work closely with the operation, colleagues, and external partners. The assignment includes both activities run internally, such as study circles, language walks, and language practice, as well as identifying and developing collaborations with civil society and other actors. An important part of the role is creating conditions for collaboration and building sustainable networks that contribute to participants' development. You'll also coach and support participants in Jobbfabriken's various target groups, focusing on strengthening their opportunities to achieve employment or studies. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who is development-oriented, takes initiative, and has strong commitment to integration, learning, and employment market issues. You enjoy creating structure in development work, building relationships, and motivating people with different backgrounds and circumstances. To succeed in this role, you have: - Experience in development or project work - Good knowledge of the target group of newly arrived immigrants and their needs - Knowledge of integration, employment market initiatives, or adult learning - Experience planning and leading group activities - Ability to motivate and create progression among participants with different circumstances - Experience creating collaboration and building networks - Good communication skills - Ability to work independently, structurally, and results-oriented It's meriting if you have: - Experience working within civil society - Experience in job coaching We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is relationship-building, engaged, and has a strong drive to contribute to people's development and establishment in society.
