Specialist Officer at 182nd Radio and Radio Link Platoon to F 16
F 16 is responsible for Uppsala Garrison and the operation of Uppsala Airport. About the Unit As a career counselor, you will be placed at the squadron staff's personnel function (A1) and you will also support the communications department with, for example, photography assignments for social media. The career counselor is part of a team working with attraction, recruitment, and marketing for both the squadron and the Swedish Armed Forces. Clinical Duties The clinical position, comprising 1/3 of the total position, is located at Akademiska sjukhuset in the Geriatrics, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Pain Center unit. Duties include, in addition to patient work, integrating evidence-based knowledge in social work services and in practice-based education for social work students and students in the health and medical care social work program. The duties also involve supporting and motivating colleagues in clinical development work and other assignments relevant to social workers' work at the hospital. A particular focus for the clinical work will be directed toward cancer and cancer rehabilitation. Qualifications To be eligible for appointment as a university lecturer, one must have earned a doctoral degree or have equivalent scientific competence, demonstrated pedagogical skill, have the ability to collaborate, and otherwise meet the suitability requirements needed to perform the duties well. Furthermore, applicants must have experience in clinical work as a hospital social worker. For this position, a degree in social work is a qualification requirement.
