We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator We are seeking an analytical and driven employee for our supply organization, based at our market company in central Uppsala. The role combines operational responsibility for order and customer service with analysis, improvement work, and projects. You will be an important link between Supply Chain, external customers, and colleagues within the market company, with the opportunity to influence and develop our processes forward. The role also includes collaboration within our growing Scandinavian organization. You will be part of an engaged and motivated Supply Chain team and work from our office in central Uppsala. Responsibilities Operational Responsibility Handle customer orders, deliveries, and invoicing Manage returns, complaints, and discrepancies Collaborate with warehouse, carriers, and distributors Maintain master data in SAP (customers, prices, etc.) Analysis & Follow-up Support the Operations Manager with follow-up and improvement work by developing and analyzing supply chain data Prepare and contribute decision support for our supply chain Identify trends in customer behavior and service discrepancies to optimize costs and delivery accuracy Support monitoring of KPIs and improvement measures Projects & Development Participate in and drive improvement initiatives within supply chain, such as digitalization, process development, and data quality Document and develop processes (SOPs) Contribute to digitalization and implementation of new systems About You Our Supply Chain operations are constantly evolving. Therefore, we are looking for someone who: Has several years of experience in and great interest in supply chain and process development Is analytical and enjoys working with data and improvements Is self-driven and takes initiative in your work Has good communication skills and enjoys working close to customers Competencies & Experience Academic degree in logistics, economics, or equivalent At least 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or economics, preferably with elements of analysis or improvement work Experience with SAP Good Excel skills Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing You will be part of a small, high-performing core team with four colleagues in Sweden. At the same time, we are developing and harmonizing collaboration between the Scandinavian countries, which gives you the opportunity to work in an exciting changing environment. You are collaborative, unpretentious, and service-oriented, with the ability to see others' needs and contribute to the whole with the customer in focus. A B driving license is required. About the Position The position is a fixed-term employment on probation that after 6 months transitions to a permanent employment agreement by agreement between the parties. Start date is immediate. The position is based in central Uppsala, but travel between Uppsala and our warehouse in Kungsängen will occur.
