Do you want to lead technical investment projects that make a difference in people's lives? Fresenius Kabi is expanding its project organization and is now seeking Senior Project Managers with solid experience driving complex investment projects within a dynamic and future-oriented environment. With us, you will become a key person in the work of developing our production facilities and ensuring that we continue to deliver life-saving products. Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key person in our continued development. You will lead projects spanning from feasibility studies to installation of process equipment and system implementation. We have an extensive project portfolio and will invest extensively in both Uppsala and Brunna in the coming years. You will work closely with many different functions – from the management group and receiving managers to production staff. The role is both operational and administrative, which means you thrive with variation and complexity. To succeed, you need to be: · Self-driven, analytical, and structured. · Quality-conscious and experienced in working according to guidelines and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. · Comfortable with risk management and meticulous documentation. Your leadership is characterized by building trust, clarifying direction, and delivering results through clear communication about expectations and goals. You are also responsible for project budget and schedule. About You You have: · Academic education in industrial engineering or similar. · At least 5 years of documented experience successfully leading technical investment projects in relevant industries. · Good experience working in a matrix organization and managing parallel projects. · Ability to motivate and engage others through clear and inspiring leadership. · Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at various levels in the organization. · Experience in Life Science, GMP, and/or LEAN is advantageous.
