Where healthcare exists. We are there. We ensure that healthcare has what it needs when it needs it. Around the clock. Year-round. Even when everyday life is put to the test. Our mission matters for the life and everyday circumstances of almost a quarter of Sweden's population. Every day, year-round, we create the conditions for our colleagues in healthcare to perform their work. By, for example, ensuring that important blood tests are transported for analysis and that products such as test tubes, surgical materials, and protective equipment are in place, we contribute to Region Stockholm's vital mission. It is a responsibility that is not always noticed, but which is crucial for safe and secure healthcare. Without the right conditions at the right time, healthcare stops. At MediCarrier, you are part of a societal mission, in the middle of healthcare's everyday life. For everything we call Life. About the Operations In a time of rapidly changing external conditions, new regulatory requirements, national mandates, and clearer responsibility within civil defense, the demands on healthcare to function even during peacetime crises and heightened preparedness are increasing. Changed regulatory requirements regarding inventory of healthcare products place demands on a cohesive and integrated IT environment for supply management that enables transparency, traceability, analysis, and control of supply flows for healthcare. The goal is to create a unified, secure, and efficient system environment that supports the entire supply chain – from ordering and inventory management to distribution, monitoring, and analysis – and that supports a common logistics design, enables efficient flows and increased automation, and creates conditions for data-driven operations. Do you want to help future-proof Region Stockholm's supply management? About the Position We are looking for you—an engaged and experienced IT project manager with a solid background in change management who wants to drive Region Stockholm's and MediCarrier's digital development within supply management and ensure that the implementation of new solutions leads to real operational and IT improvements. Your Main Responsibilities Lead projects according to the Projektil methodology and ensure structure, governance, and clear reporting Drive change work and collaboration with healthcare providers, logistics functions, and IT in a complex environment Ensure capacity and prioritization Coordinate the needs and requirements of the operations Who Are You? You are a confident and clear leader who combines structure and analytical ability with decisiveness. You work methodically, have a holistic perspective, and ensure that projects move forward with good quality and control. You focus on achieving set goals and can switch between strategic holistic perspective and operational work. You are communicative and relationship-building and have an easy time building trust with both the operations and external suppliers. The role requires that you are change-oriented and have the ability to create understanding of IT and change at all levels of the organization. You handle resistance in a constructive way, have the ability to create engagement, and support the operations in implementing changes in practice. You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel initiatives and can adapt when conditions and priorities change. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Academic education in IT, technology, systems science, industrial economics, or other fields that the employer deems relevant for the role. At least five years of current, documented experience leading both smaller and larger IT projects through the entire project lifecycle At least five years of experience leading in change, process, and operational development in large complex organizations with many stakeholders Experience with established project methodology, such as Projektil Experience with procurement and requirements specification of IT systems Good technical understanding and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions Fluent Swedish, both orally and in writing It is a merit if you have: Experience with agile methods and frameworks as well as traditional project methods Experience from the public sector and public procurement Experience with mission-critical platforms in logistics and supply management Relevant education in project management Terms Employment: Permanent position. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - You Design and Integrate. CV90 Delivers!
Designing is one thing. Designing the mechanics in vehicles that protect our democracy and save lives is another. We are looking for a senior mechanical design engineer for the Vetronics Variant Integration Dept. at BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik. Here we integrate electronics, cabling, and communication systems in CV90 and BvS10, two of Europe's most sought-after combat vehicles right now. What You'll Actually Do You design in CATIA V5: enclosures for electronics, mounts for radio and communication equipment, cable routing, and integration of customer systems into the vehicle. It's mechanics that must withstand vibrations, temperature ranges, EMC requirements, and field conditions where a loose screw can become a problem far from home. You follow your designs from initial sketch to series production. Since the development workshop is just a couple of minutes away, you can prototype, test, and adjust without waiting for next week's meeting. When the product goes into series, you stand beside the assemblers and see what actually happens when it goes from drawing to reality. Few design roles have such a short distance between decision and consequence. You also have contact with suppliers and customers. As a senior, you often handle the more challenging interfaces. The Team You'll Join At our Vetronics Variant Integration Dept. we have a good mix of ages and a social group that pulls things together outside of work together with adjacent departments. As a senior, you are often the person junior colleagues turn to when difficult problems need to be solved. It's part of the role, and one of the more rewarding parts. Who You Are You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, design, or equivalent, and have at least eight years of experience designing complete mechanical systems. Preferably from the automotive industry, defense, or other heavy machinery industry—sectors where products need to do more than look good on the drawing board. You are familiar with CATIA V5 or comparable tools, and you don't need to look up the basics of tolerancing, material selection, or PLM workflows. You'd rather help the team move forward than mark territory. You take responsibility for your designs all the way through, even when it means uncomfortable conversations with suppliers or another round on the prototype. Living in Örnsköldsvik Most of us commute in about fifteen minutes. Many have ski trails or slopes within a few minutes and a boat in the harbor. Höga Kusten is on the other side of the city boundary, and no matter what time of year it is, there's something to do outdoors.
