About the Operations In a time of rapidly changing external conditions, new regulatory requirements, national mandates, and clearer responsibility within civil defense, the demands on healthcare to function even during peacetime crises and heightened preparedness are increasing. Changed regulatory requirements regarding inventory of healthcare products place demands on a cohesive and integrated IT environment for supply management that enables transparency, traceability, analysis, and control of supply flows for healthcare. The goal is to create a unified, secure, and efficient system environment that supports the entire supply chain – from ordering and inventory management to distribution, monitoring, and analysis – and that supports a common logistics design, enables efficient flows and increased automation, and creates conditions for data-driven operations. About the Position We are looking for you—an engaged and experienced IT project manager with a solid background in change management who wants to drive Region Stockholm's and MediCarrier's digital development within supply management and ensure that the implementation of new solutions leads to real operational and IT improvements. As an IT project manager, you have a key role in our change journey. You lead projects and assignments of varying size and complexity – from planning to implementation, follow-up, and closure. You are responsible for schedule, budget, and delivery. Your Main Responsibilities Lead projects according to the Projektil methodology and ensure structure, governance, and clear reporting Drive change work and collaboration with healthcare providers, logistics functions, and IT in a complex environment Ensure capacity and prioritization Coordinate the needs and requirements of the operations Who Are You? You are a confident and clear leader who combines structure and analytical ability with decisiveness. You work methodically, have a holistic perspective, and ensure that projects move forward with good quality and control. You focus on achieving set goals and can switch between strategic holistic perspective and operational work. You are communicative and relationship-building and have an easy time building trust with both the operations and external suppliers. The role requires that you are change-oriented and have the ability to create understanding of IT and change at all levels of the organization. You handle resistance in a constructive way, have the ability to create engagement, and support the operations in implementing changes in practice. You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel initiatives and can adapt when conditions and priorities change. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Academic education in IT, technology, systems science, industrial economics, or other fields that the employer deems relevant for the role. At least five years of current, documented experience leading both smaller and larger IT projects through the entire project lifecycle At least five years of experience leading in change, process, and operational development in large complex organizations with many stakeholders Experience with established project methodology, such as Projektil Experience with procurement and requirements specification of IT systems Good technical understanding and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions Fluent Swedish, both orally and in writing It is a merit if you have: Experience with agile methods and frameworks as well as traditional project methods Experience from the public sector and public procurement Experience with mission-critical platforms in logistics and supply management Relevant education in project management Terms Employment: Permanent position. Trial employment may be applied. Full-time employment, 39.30 hours/week. Placement at both MediCarrier in Spånga and Region Stockholm's office on Kungsholmen.
