The Swedish Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) conducts defense intelligence operations and military intelligence and security services in support of Swedish foreign, defense and security policy, as well as for mapping external threats to Sweden. Main Responsibilities In the Collaboration Unit, you contribute to developing Must by driving and coordinating work with external partnerships. The role involves handling issues and processes with an international focus and contributing to Must's strategic and operational collaboration with international actors. Examples of work tasks: Develop, coordinate and follow up the organization's international collaborations Prepare and handle matters with an international focus and produce relevant documentation Coordinate contacts, meetings and activities with international partners Collaborate internally and externally on matters related to the organization's international activities Lead the preparation of matters with an international focus at Must The work involves business travel where a high level of security awareness and independent work are required. About the Unit Must's international collaborations are led by the Collaboration Unit. Our staff have diverse backgrounds, knowledge and competencies that allow us to together solve the tasks that arise in our operations. We are responsible, among other things, for planning and conducting Must's international activities. Personal Qualities We seek someone with high integrity. Qualifications: Academic degree in social sciences or higher management education from the Swedish Defense University Experience from defense intelligence agencies' work Mastery of both Swedish and English at a high level, both orally and in writing Category B driver's license Meritorious: Several years of work in an intelligence position, preferably at strategic level Experience from work of an international nature Experience from working with military-strategic issues at the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters Experience of working as an analyst at a government agency Experience from working with EU/NATO matters Language skills in addition to Swedish and English The above stated qualifications should be able to be verified upon request through certificates, references and work or selection tests.
