Our business development department is growing—we are therefore seeking a driven and business-minded Business Development Manager to our team in Stockholm – a key person in analyzing trends, building partnerships, and developing educational programs that meet tomorrow's skill needs. You are a skilled writer with excellent language proficiency and experience in producing professional texts. About the role of Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you play a strategic role in ensuring that our educational programs remain relevant, attractive, and of high quality. You work with market analysis to identify and analyze trends in the labor market, develop and establish new educational concepts in collaboration with industry and other societal actors within IT, technology, and infrastructure development. You also have an important task in refining and strengthening our existing partnerships, as well as producing credible and professional texts for vocational higher education applications for both existing and new programs. You work in a structured manner and drive processes while ensuring quality in both internal and external deliverables, and participate in promoting the programs through presentations, events, and digital presence. We are looking for you who have a strong combination of competence, experience, and personal qualities. - You have documented experience from vocational higher education application work—from company contacts and collaboration work to the strategic and operational work of developing and writing application texts. - You are a skilled writer with excellent language proficiency and the ability to formulate clear, compelling, and well-structured texts. - You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and adapt your message to different audiences. - You build and maintain long-term relationships—both internally and with external stakeholders—and have high social competence. - You are business-minded, solution-oriented, and see opportunities in change. - You have documented experience working in project form. - You thrive in a role with many points of contact where development and collaboration are central. - You have strong organizational and planning skills and are accustomed to managing multiple tasks in parallel. - You have good digital competence and work seamlessly in Microsoft 365. - You have experience in sales or business development, preferably within the service or education sector. - You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving set goals even in a high work pace. - You have a genuine interest in education, skills supply, and societal development.
