About Us Maskrosbarn is a children's rights organization that supports children whose parents struggle with substance abuse, mental illness, or who subject them to violence. About the Role You will join the communications and fundraising team (corporate and private), which currently consists of 9 people. As a donor development manager, you play a central role in Maskrosbarn's continued growth. You are responsible for developing our relationships with existing donors and ensuring that our donor journeys are relevant, data-driven, and engaging. Through analysis, segmentation, and strategic CRM work, you contribute to more donors choosing to stay longer, give more frequently, and increase their engagement with Maskrosbarn. The role also includes planning, creating, and developing communications to our donors. Through data-driven work, analysis, and strategic communications, you design and implement, among other things, onboarding, ongoing email campaigns and SMS messages that strengthen relationships with our donors. The role includes, among other things: Responsible for developing Maskrosbarn's CRM work and donor journeys. Work with segmentation, target audiences, and data-driven analysis. Identify development opportunities through analysis of donor behavior and key metrics. Develop strategies to increase giving, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value. Plan and execute communications via email and SMS. Plan communications for telemarketing twice a year, maintain contact with our agency partner, and monitor key metrics. Responsible for budget, follow-up, and analysis of email, SMS, and telemarketing campaigns. Be the system administrator for CRM (Salesforce AXSP) and contact person for external vendors. Ensure good data quality and develop CRM practices together with, among others, Donor Services. Plan for and contribute to automated donor journeys and implementation of a system to support this. Energy Consultant
Are you an energy consultant with experience in calculations and coordination? Then you might be the person we're looking for! What does the role involve? As an energy consultant with us, you work in an advisory capacity and are an expert in energy matters. You help our clients in both new construction and existing buildings to map and optimize energy flows. You can also work with energy calculations for various certification systems such as Miljöbyggnad, Svanen, and BREEAM.
