Marbit Mark och Anläggning is currently in an expansion phase and is seeking an estimator for land and construction projects in Stockholm. Marbit is part of the Eleda Group and is Sweden's leading Infrastructure Construction company. In Stockholm, Marbit serves as the Group's land construction resource.

About the Position
As an estimator, you support the project team and production with, for example, estimating, bidding, and planning.
Specific Responsibilities:
Perform administrative work.
Prepare bid estimates and prepare bid documentation.
Prepare alternative bids and alternative estimates.
Prepare and develop contract documentation.
Prepare schedules and provide scheduling suggestions.
Issue request for quotations.
Evaluate quotations.
Responsible for system management.
Key contacts in this role: Primarily your own project/production team and internal support functions.
Qualifications
Post-secondary building/construction technical education (or equivalent).
Construction law knowledge.
Bidding experience.
Knowledge of procurement regulations (LOU).
Several years of experience working as an estimator.
Experience from the construction industry.
Strong skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Knowledge of construction estimating software.
Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We would appreciate if you also have experience with larger enterprise systems and scheduling software.
Personal Qualities
You should be skilled at structuring and organizing your work and have the ability to work with good forward planning.
