You have a sparkle in your eye, handle stress well, and have the ability to step up when the pace gets high. Experience Preferably 5 years of experience in à la carte service. High ambition and a desire for continuous development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous supervisory positions are a plus. Bar knowledge is a merit.
