About the Role As a site manager, you lead, plan and control daily production in ground and earthwork construction contracts of varying size and complexity. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed according to set targets regarding economy, quality, work environment and delivery time. The role includes, among other things, production and resource planning, operational personnel responsibility and participation in recruitment. You are also responsible for financial follow-up, forecasting and reporting as well as collaboration with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. An important part of the work is also to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal processes. Qualifications To succeed in the role, Bäckström Anläggning AB seeks someone who is well-anchored in the construction industry and has: Leadership experience and personnel responsibility Good technical understanding and practical experience in ground and earthwork Good knowledge of AMA Anläggning and MER Knowledge of construction and business law Experience working with management and quality systems BAS‑U Experience with calculation programs and bid work Your Profile You have several years of experience in leading positions within construction contracting and are accustomed to responsibility for personnel, budget and economy. You are a confident leader and skilled communicator who inspires trust in dialogue with both employees and customers. You enjoy leading multiple projects in parallel, work in a structured manner toward clear goals and create good collaboration in project organizations. You combine business acumen with present and clear leadership.
