We are now looking for a Business Systems Developer who wants to be part of developing the technical infrastructure behind RiseRank. About the Role This is not a traditional developer role. You will not primarily build customer projects or websites. Instead, you will develop the internal systems that make the entire business operate more intelligently. You will be the link between the business and the development team and will have significant responsibility to identify manual processes, build internal tools, and create AI-driven solutions that save time and improve quality. You will work closely with the founders, our development department, and the Business Systems & CRM Specialist to build the internal platform of the future. Your Responsibilities Internal Systems • Develop internal tools and admin panels • Build internal web applications • Further develop CRM-related features • Develop dashboards and reporting tools Integrations • Build API integrations between our systems • Develop internal services and microservices • Manage authentication and data communication • Ensure stable and scalable integrations AI & Automation • Build AI-driven workflows • Integrate AI into internal processes • Develop automations that streamline operations • Identify manual tasks that can be replaced by technology Product Development • Work together with our development team on our web platforms • Contribute to technical decisions and architecture • Ensure high quality and scalability in our solutions We Are Looking for You If You • Have experience with modern web development • Are comfortable with both frontend and backend • Have worked with APIs and integrations • Have experience with databases • Enjoy solving business problems with technology • Are analytical and solution-oriented • Thrive in a fast-changing environment where you have significant responsibility Meritorious Experience • Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Experience with Node.js • Experience with SQL and databases • Experience with REST API and Webhooks • Experience with AI tools and OpenAI API • Experience with n8n, Make, or other automation platforms • Experience with HubSpot API, Pipedrive API, or other CRM integrations • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD • Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Firebase • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Who You Are You are a developer who thinks the most fun is not always the user interface but building smart systems behind the scenes.
