The position includes on-call weeks that currently run on a rotating schedule every sixth week. This means you need to be available and able to get to the workplace quickly if needed. Our combined heat and power plants operate at full capacity year-round, but especially during peak season when it is cold, as well as during our annual maintenance shutdowns which typically occur between May and September. During these periods your role is especially important, which means we need to plan vacation and time off carefully. We want to be clear about this from the start to ensure we can maintain our high operational reliability. The position is a permanent employment and involves daytime work with placement at Hammarby Plant. Why work with me? I believe in freedom with responsibility and strive to create the right conditions for my employees to work independently, with regular follow-ups. Through regular meetings, I ensure that the team stays on course and delivers according to targets. I am a present leader and actively participate in daily work, which allows me to keep track of the team's needs and support them when we face challenges. Through individual conversations and ongoing competence development, I ensure that my employees develop both professionally and personally. Jörgen Alfredsson, Group Chief Mechanic South Who are you as a person? Everyone who works with us must be curious, take initiative, and take responsibility. For this particular role, some qualities are especially important: Flexible. Change doesn't scare you – on the contrary, you see opportunities in every new situation. You adapt quickly and find new ways forward. Big-picture thinking. You see the whole picture and take the broader perspective into account, while acting in the best interest of the entire operation.
