Today we are approximately 45 people in the International Cooperation department, and together we are Vinnova's experts on internationalization. We are now looking for an employee who wants to become part of our team and together with us make a difference in global innovation work. You will expand your network and work cross-sectionally with engaged colleagues in an open and innovative work environment. International perspectives are central within several of Vinnova's prioritized areas. About the Role At Vinnova, we work to identify, establish, and strengthen international relations and collaborations. You will focus on Vinnova's international work related to Ukraine, where cooperation with relevant Swedish authorities and other actors is the focus to strengthen innovation collaboration with Ukraine. As a coordinator for internationalization and innovation, you will develop and disseminate Vinnova's international offerings to support research and innovation projects. You will handle projects and conduct dialogue with external stakeholders. You will also plan and implement events and other activities and then follow up on the impact of these activities. Within Vinnova, you will collaborate with people from several departments and strengthen the teams that are currently involved in international collaborations. Qualifications Education: - Academic studies in an area relevant to the position Experience: - Experience with collaborations related to Ukraine - Experience working in a politically governed organization such as an agency or ministry - Experience working with project management and/or public procurement - At least two years of work experience with international collaborations and innovation promotion Knowledge: - Good knowledge of the support system for innovation and internationalization and the Swedish research and innovation system - Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: - A network related to the support system for innovation and internationalization and the Swedish research and innovation system Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal qualities and motivation. You create and maintain good relationships. Furthermore, you enjoy working flexibly and in a needs-adapted manner based on each given situation. You can switch between meetings with small technology companies and policy discussions at the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. You can also combine work tasks such as thinking strategically, holding meetings and presentations, and writing agreements. You share our values of respect, responsibility, and courage and live by these in your daily work. Placement We apply a hybrid working arrangement where remote work is combined with office work. At least half of working time should be allocated to our activity-based office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 in Stockholm, a few minutes' walk from Central Station.
