About the Job We are now seeking a resource educator who is passionate about contributing to children's development. Your task is to work independently to create favorable conditions for a specific child's development and learning, and to provide security and structure in daily life. You will also work together with the team to plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work. We are looking for someone with experience working with children with special needs (preferably autism) and experience using sign language as support and picture supports. You need to be engaged, solution-focused, and have a warm approach.
