About the Business and Organization Friluftsfrämjandet I Ur och Skur Utveckling AB, wholly owned by Friluftsfrämjandet, operates thirteen preschools and schools with a unique pedagogy where any potential profit is reinvested in the operations. Our pedagogy is also shared via license with hundreds of preschools and schools throughout the country, where together we reach thousands of children. We inspire curiosity and joy of movement in children and students, and after 40 years in the industry, our pedagogy is firmly grounded in scientific research and proven experience. The preschool I Ur och Skur UTE in Skövde is located adjacent to the nature reserve Ulveksbackarna. The preschool has approximately 100 children and about 22 staff members. We are a preschool that utilizes various indoor and outdoor environments in our pedagogical work to provide our children with fun, developmental, and meaningful experiences. Participation, influence, and engagement permeate the preschool among children, parents, and staff alike. We see this as essential for creating a preschool together that is characterized by joy, community, and exploratory learning. Environmental issues are important to us, and we prioritize climate-smart food and gardening, among other initiatives. About the Job We are now seeking a resource educator who is passionate about contributing to children's development. Your task is to work independently to create favorable conditions for a specific child's development and learning, and to provide security and structure in daily life. You will also work together with the team to plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work. We are looking for someone with experience working with children with special needs (preferably autism) and experience using sign language as support and picture supports. You need to be engaged, solution-focused, and have a warm approach. You are someone who always puts children's needs at the center and who wants to actively work to develop the operations and find solutions that make a difference. You are confident in yourself and in your role as an educator and have a strong ability to communicate clearly as well as be responsive to others.
