In this role, you will work with us based on our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life. About the Position Hi, my name is Mikael Eriksson and I am the Operations Manager at HVB Kilen. In my world, we have one of the most important missions that exists – to meet, support, and help girls who for some reason need to be placed with us – and we need more temporary staff for our operations. Kilen is a small HVB with room for eight girls ages 13-18 who are placed according to LVU or SoL. We work based on LAB (low-affect interaction), TMO (trauma-informed care) and have implemented a method called Connect, which is about trying to understand behavior based on attachment theory. Your main responsibilities include: - Care in the form of direct treatment work/support conversations/development of implementation plans/activities, etc. - Network contacts - Documentation and development work Who Are You? It is desirable that you have at least two years of post-secondary education in social work or equivalent. It is also a merit if you: - are committed and truly want to work with young people - have experience in treatment work - have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - are used to documenting as documentation occurs to a large extent As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trustful collaboration with your colleagues, and you have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position. An extract from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register for HVB staff is always required before employment. Employment status and working hours: Temporary employment. The position involves work as needed according to a regular rotating 24-hour schedule day/evening/night/weekend with on-call sleeping duty and awake night shifts. Salary: Agreed upon individually. Other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement. Start Date: We fill positions on an ongoing basis as agreed.
