At Skövde Redovisningsbyrå, you'll get a broad role where you work closely with both clients and colleagues and become an important part of our continued focus on payroll. Your responsibilities with us As a payroll consultant, you'll work extensively with payroll matters for both small and large companies across various industries. Assignments vary based on client needs and can range from responsibility for the entire payroll process to supporting an existing payroll function. An important part of the role will also be to help develop our payroll area. For example, you can map and structure clients' payroll processes, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and digitalization, and participate in implementing new companies. You'll work with payroll management, benefits, pensions, tax matters, government reporting, and collective agreement interpretation. You'll also have close collaboration with colleagues within the group, where work from our Gothenburg office may occur. Who are you? We're looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in qualified payroll work and ideally have worked with the entire payroll process. You have post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent competence through work experience. You have good Excel skills and experience working with payroll systems. We primarily work in Fortnox today, while our clients may use systems such as Flex HRM, Hogia, Spiris, or others. An interest in systems, digitalization, and smarter ways of working is therefore valuable. Experience with group operations, accounting, and manufacturing companies is a merit. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English skills are a plus. As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused. You enjoy diving into different issues and thrive in a role where you can combine your specialist expertise with client contact and development. What we offer you...
