Do you want to build Tellus Group's new records management function? Tellus Group AB (publ) is seeking a records manager who wants to establish and take responsibility for the group's management of public documents, record-keeping and archives, ahead of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act coming into force for independent preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools and after-school centers from January 1, 2027. A role where you make a difference from the start This is not a role where all routines are already in place. You get to help build the records management function, shape the working methods and create a structure that works in daily practice for our preschools and schools. You will have operational responsibility for record-keeping, confidentiality assessments and archive management. At the same time, you are not alone. You report to the administrative director and work closely with the group's legal counsel, who is responsible for legal matters regarding public access and confidentiality. Together you ensure that the group is well prepared for the legislative change and that work continues to function safely, efficiently and with legal certainty. What you will do Build up and develop procedures for record-keeping, archives and document management. Prepare clear training and support materials for the operations. Register and manage incoming mail and digital documents. Make confidentiality assessments and handle requests for disclosure. Collaborate with the legal counsel on more complex legal matters. Support principals, preschool directors and administrators in their daily work. Take responsibility for the group's ongoing archive management and archive reporting. Train employees in the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act and create understanding for the new working methods. Are you the one we're looking for?
