About the role: As a facilities custodian, you will primarily work with various forms of cleaning in the customer's premises. Other service tasks, such as maintaining coffee machines and plants, may also be included. In this role, you will work mainly with smaller customers such as offices, properties, gyms, and pharmacies. This means that during your work shift you will move between different locations. The placement location for this position is in Ekerö. Please note that the type of employment and hours per week may vary depending on where or with what you work within the region. What we can offer is part-time work, approximately 30 hours per week, as well as some weekend work. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs and have a sense for upselling. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you should also have the ability to collaborate as the work can be done both individually and in groups. We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently. A B-class driving license is not required but is a merit for certain positions. Extracts from the criminal record and security checks are common when working with our customers.
