Hembygdens Tradition is awaiting a contract with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines together with continuous quality checks. By collaborating with care staff, district nurses, and Advanced Healthcare at Home (ASiH), we can develop and individualize care and support. Qualifications Experience from the service industry Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) Experience in nursing care Care and support education of at least 800 points or equivalent experience Good physical fitness as the work involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting Before a job offer is made, a certificate from the police criminal record register must be provided. Job Duties Working in home care means you work independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your duties include planning and performing nursing care in customers' homes such as: - Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing). - Services (meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry). - Companionship (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home). After each visit, you will make detailed documentation and time registration in a mobile application and you travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Visits to customers take place between 07:00-22:00, every day of the year. We appreciate flexibility and the ability to work both daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends.
