Your role As a preparedness and security coordinator at the Service Administration, you are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on the administration's own security and preparedness work, as well as the city-wide aspects of preparedness work in which the administration participates. This is work with a high pace of change, and you will be part of Stockholm's increased capacity to handle serious situations. The role also includes coordinating the administration's security and safety work, which includes work with personal security, undue influence, and welfare crimes. You will be an important player in translating activities and directives from our stakeholders into implementable plans. The role requires you to switch between operational and strategic work, short-term and long-term – always with the goal of building robustness in the municipal organization. In this role, you will, among other things: Coordinate and develop the Service Administration's work on civil preparedness and crisis readiness. Project lead the Service Administration's assignment related to the city's central emergency supply storage (CBL). Drive development projects. Coordinate the Service Administration's participation in the City of Stockholm's sector organization for civil preparedness and other preparedness work. Participate in various sectors within the sector organization for civil preparedness as needed. Manage the Service Administration's contacts with the City Executive Office's security department. Participate in developing the city's total defense planning by representing the Service Administration in joint sector cooperation groups. Plan, implement, and evaluate training and exercises. Coordinate work with policy documents and procedures in the field. Participate in the Service Administration's crisis management organization. Participate in developing the Service Administration's continuity management and capacity to maintain societal-critical operations. Monitor developments in the field and translate new requirements and conditions into local operations. Together with two reuse coordinators/craftspeople and a unit manager, you form the permanent staff at the reuse center. In addition to this, development projects, thesis work, and work placements take place at the Reuse Center, which means there are often more people in the facilities. The unit manager also has a broader assignment that partially takes place elsewhere, which means the daily operations need to be coordinated.
