MAX Hammarby Sjöstad seeks Restaurant Assistant

Now we're looking for you to help create world-class service experiences at every visit. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—whether it's quality, pace, or service. You work in a team with varying tasks: serving guests, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, working in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and managing the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy with digital training. For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend answering the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that can occur during a typical day at MAX, where you describe how you would respond. This gives you an early good understanding of what it's like to work at MAX. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited to an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We process applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
