Automation Engineer for RSI Brand & Control

RSI Brand & Control, part of Svensk Ventilationsservice, is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer in building automation who wants to join their continued growth journey in Stockholm. You will work broadly with PLC/DUC, commissioning, and technical problem-solving in automation projects within commercial properties, from planning to final delivery. The business is in an expansive phase with clear growth targets in automation. You will become part of a larger group where you collaborate and exchange knowledge with colleagues from different disciplines, based in modern facilities in Hammarby. We are looking for you with experience in building automation, control and regulation technology, as well as programming and commissioning of PLC and DUC systems. Preferably within Saia, Beckhoff, Bastec, or similar platforms. Examples of tasks: Programming and commissioning of PLC and DUC systems Design of control boards and technical solutions Modification and updating of control cabinets Project support and coordination in smaller projects Dialogue with customers, installers, and suppliers Influence technology choices and future working methods Support and share knowledge with team colleagues What You Should Know You will be based at the office in Stockholm and become part of RSI Brand & Control, which is part of the SVAB Group. The team currently consists of four technicians. You will report to the Managing Director of RSI Brand & Control. The business is in an expansive phase with clear growth targets in automation. Projects include tenant adaptations, renovations, energy efficiency improvements, and technical upgrades. The role is broad and will initially be shaped together with the business. This means you will have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and how the automation business is built going forward. Projects vary between service assignments, renovations, and contracts within commercial properties, municipalities, and residential projects. Our Expectations We are looking for you who have: Several years of experience with automation projects Worked with programming, commissioning, or configuration of different automation systems Experience with manufacturers such as Beckhoff, Saia, Bastec, or similar Experience and feel confident in dialogues with customers and colleagues As a person, you are: Driven, unpretentious, and like to take responsibility. Communicative and build trusting relationships, have a talent for creating trust with both customers and colleagues. Collaborative and enjoy sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues. B driver's license is a requirement as well as good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. Interested?
