We are seeking an engaged and licensed registered nurse for the Psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Care Team in Nacka. As a registered nurse with us, you will be part of a dedicated team working to ensure safe and secure transitions between 24-hour inpatient care and outpatient care. About Intensive Outpatient Care (IÖV) Intensive outpatient care is an alternative to round-the-clock care in a psychiatric ward. We offer frequent contact with care in the patient's home environment for a limited time. Care is tailored to individual needs and may include, for example, anxiety treatment, activation, and medication management. Care is always provided in collaboration with regular psychiatric outpatient care, through a combination of home visits, clinic visits, video consultations, or phone contact—whatever works best. The two main target groups are: - individuals recently discharged from 24-hour care who need secure and intensive support during the transition home - patients at risk of hospitalization where early, intensive interventions can stabilize the situation Working as a Registered Nurse in Our Team As a registered nurse in the intensive outpatient care team, you primarily work together with physicians and other nurses. In the team, you work closely together and everyone contributes their unique expertise. As a nurse, you follow patients throughout their entire care course within the IÖV framework. In addition to monitoring well-being and medication management, you and your colleagues implement interventions such as behavioral activation, anxiety management, and structured support. Our Expectations of You - You are a licensed registered nurse with documented experience in psychiatric care. - You have a strong interest in psychiatric care. - You are accustomed to taking responsibility, working independently, and making your own decisions. - You are a good team player who values teamwork. - You hold a valid driver's license.
