Occupational Therapist at Care and Housing Facility in Stockholm

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with experience in elderly care and who values an approach where the patient is the focus. Your expertise and creativity form the basis for meeting each individual's needs in consideration of the person's circumstances. In your professional role, you are self-directed while good communication and collaboration come naturally to you, as does pleasant interactions with care recipients, family members, and colleagues. It is a merit if you have previously worked in dementia care. Requirements are that you master Swedish in speech and writing. The position is part-time, approximately 18 hours per week over 3 days Start immediately, until summer initially Located centrally in the Stockholm area Work Tasks Your role includes standard work tasks which include, among others: - Planning and implementation of training/activities - Follow-up and evaluation of implemented measures - Fitting, adjustment and prescription of physical and cognitive aids - Support residents in developing their physical, cognitive and social abilities - Staff guidance - Interprofessional collaboration with, among others, nursing assistants, nurses and physiotherapists Employment You will be employed as a consultant for Vårdlänken Staffing and Recruitment with varying work hours and position level by agreement.
