Your role involves stepping in on short notice to cover for regular staff absences. Through the TimeCarePool booking system, you have the opportunity to control which days you are available for work. To ensure continuity in our operations, we expect that you can work at least three days per week. Upon employment, there will be an orientation on the food service operation's assignment and scheduling for shadowing and introduction. QUALIFICATIONS To work as an hourly substitute in food services with us, you need: • A valid background check of the type "work in school or preschool" • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish • Basic computer skills • Be at least 18 years old You should have food handling training. It is a merit if you have experience working in large-scale kitchens. It is important that you work efficiently under stress, can balance different demands, and maintain calm in difficult situations.
