Role Description and Key Responsibilities As a senior family law attorney, your task will be to take responsibility for meeting customers' legal needs through qualified advice and drafting contracts, with a special focus on mediation and dispute resolution within family law. All with world-class customer service. You will: Handle complex family law cases, many of which go to court proceedings. Work with customers via phone and video as well as attend in-person meetings at our offices. Use AI-assisted tools to streamline work with needs analysis and contract drafting. Contribute to our "human-in-the-loop law" where we value personal contact and common sense in collaboration with new technology. Participate in transferring expertise and packaging and launching the expanded family law offering on Lexly's platform. Contribute to our business and product development, communication, marketing, and attend our partner events. Qualifications Complete law degree At least 3 years of work experience Documented experience with court proceedings in family law Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written To succeed with us, you need to: Be outgoing, trustworthy, and have the ability to build good relationships.
