Maintenance Technician – a broad and developmental role in automation, electrical work, and mechanics Do you want to work in a developmental role where you get to combine automation, electrical work, and mechanics in a highly automated production environment? We are now seeking a Maintenance Technician who wants to work in a dynamic work environment and develop together with our engaged team! With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern production facility with highly automated machinery systems and related equipment. You will become part of an experienced team of 25 people, divided into five shift teams, with solid experience and extensive knowledge. About the role As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily work with maintenance in our production facility, which includes assembly, coating, and packaging machinery as well as a cleaning and process facility. The role also involves working on continuous improvements – both for machinery and their operational reliability as well as for work methods and maintenance execution. Your main responsibilities: - Preventive and corrective (emergency) maintenance - Improvement work on our highly automated machinery systems - Commissioning, optimization, and testing of new machinery and processes in collaboration with other departments - Ensure the operation of our production facility - Develop your own competence, that of your fellow shift workers, and machinery operators with respect to technical knowledge Who we are looking for You are an engaged person who enjoys participating in improvement work, addressing emergency shutdowns, and are driven by complex troubleshooting in a highly automated production environment. You have a strong interest in technology and look forward to developing in your role. We would like to see that you have: - Documented technical competence in operation and maintenance - Focus on quality, safety, and long-term maintenance - Ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically with colleagues - Basic knowledge of PLC - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good to know Working hours: Continuous three-shift schedule Do you have questions?
