We are looking for someone who wants to work as a temporary care worker within the care and services division. You will have the opportunity to do exciting work with variety at one of our units. As a temporary care worker, you get the opportunity for varied work where you work when it suits you and the operations.

The services are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and circumstances are at the center. QUALIFICATIONS
To work as a temporary care worker with us, you need:
• A valid criminal record check of the type "work with elderly and people with disabilities"
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital computer skills
• Be at least 18 years old
It is meritorious if you have studied the Care and Services Program or other education deemed equivalent. Experience from care and services work is also meritorious. It is meritorious if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are required for some positions.
Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication based on the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to accomplish tasks and reach goals.
