About the Job Job Posting: Nursing Assistant/Care Personnel for Private Home Care Services We are now looking for committed and flexible nursing assistants for our home care operations in Mölndal. The position is an hourly employment with the possibility of a permanent contract. We are seeking a team player who has their heart in the right place and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Experience in healthcare and care services is required. Job Responsibilities: Perform care work according to delegation. Receive and administer medications and insulin (delegation required). Provide personal care to our clients. Work both independently and together with colleagues. Contribute to maintaining a good work environment and strong teamwork. We Are Looking for You If You: Have a valid driver's license (requirement). Are a nursing assistant. Have very good Swedish in speech and writing. Are thorough, solution-oriented, and flexible. Are a team player and can work both independently and in a group. Have good communication skills and an empathetic attitude. Are ready to receive delegation and perform medical tasks such as medication and insulin administration.
