About the role: As an inspection engineer, you are responsible for carrying out inspections of lifting equipment. You contribute to increased safety for our customers when you independently work in the field conducting inspections. As an inspection engineer, you put your great technical interest to good use in combination with your social commitment that comes with customer contact. During your first time at Kiwa, you will continuously receive training to build on your knowledge. We have customers in most industries, from heavy industry to hospitals, shopping centers and the aviation industry. This gives you the opportunity to inspect different types of lifting equipment: Cranes and spreader beams Elevators and escalators Excavators, wheel loaders and construction machinery Wind turbines Ski lifts Your work location is Mölndal. The position involves daily travel and overnight stays may also occur. Do you have what it takes? To thrive in the role, we see that you have a technical interest, preferably with experience or training in a relevant field. During your first time with us, you will undergo training at another location to gain the knowledge you need to perform your duties in the best way. We see that you have: The ability to take on new challenges and work solution-oriented. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Category B driving license It is meriting if you have experience from the inspection industry or have worked with cranes, construction machinery, mobile elevated work platforms, elevators or equivalent.
