Customer Enablement

Join the Revolution in Commercial Vehicle Tech at Coretura! We're redefining how automotive software is built. As a joint venture between Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, Coretura blends startup speed with industry strength. Working with Customer Enablement, you are the person our customers turn to when they build on the Coretura platform. You own their questions end to end, lead the interactions that keep the engagement moving, and make sure every issue lands with the team that can actually solve it. Your day spans the full breadth of what we offer, and both sides of the customer's organization, from hands-on engineers to stakeholders who never open a terminal. What you'll do Much of this job is relationships. You work closely with our customers and get to know how they work and what they are building. When something does not work, they tell you first. Taking that seriously every time, and keeping them informed while it is being fixed, is most of what builds trust. The goal is that the customers' engineers get good enough at the platform that they become self-sufficient. What you'll do: Build trust as the customer users' primary point of contact at Coretura Untangle what is actually going on when something comes up and decide who needs to be involved. No two cases look alike Be the go-to person across Coretura and bring in the specialists needed to get something moving Be proactive and drive change based on feedback on the product or the way we work Help build our way of working with customers and keep shaping it as we grow Get our customers to a point where they can handle most things on their own What you bring How you go about the work matters more here than the exact path that brought you to it. You listen. You take ownership without being asked twice. You stay calm when a customer is frustrated, and you say what you know and what you do not. When you say you will get back to someone, you do. And if something is inefficient, you would rather change it than live with it. A background in software engineering is not a requirement, but technical interest is. You should be comfortable in technical conversations, able to follow what a customer is describing, and willing to learn the platform properly over time. There are engineers around you who are glad to explain. Having experience from setting up an enablement function is considered valuable. We also expect: Experience from a customer-facing role where technology was the subject: support, service delivery, technical project management, account management, consulting or similar Enough technical understanding to judge where a problem belongs and who owns solving it The ability to move between technical and non-technical people in the same conversation Professional English, spoken and written Why Coretura? At Coretura, you'll be empowered to make a real impact. We value initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset. You'll have the freedom to drive projects forward, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of commercial vehicle technology. Our lean, innovative team is always learning and adapting—your contributions will truly matter. Next steps Ready to build the future of commercial vehicles? We review applications on a continuous basis—so don't wait to submit yours! Last application date: 16 September. Questions? Technical Project Lead & AI Developer

Do you want to lead the transformation into an AI-first agency and create real societal impact? WebSearch develops digital solutions that make a difference – from supporting young people's mental health to climate innovation and accessibility in the public sector. We are a global team with development in Kathmandu and project management in Sweden. Now we're taking the next step and becoming an "AI-first agency". We're looking for you – a hybrid professional: You're a confident technical project lead who drives deliveries, but you're also a modern developer who codes with AI (Cursor/Claude/Lovable) and knows how to build quality with AI tools. About the role We believe you're someone who refuses to choose between code and leadership. You have a solid background as a developer and enjoy leading projects – but you don't want to put code on the shelf. On the contrary, you see the strength in combining the roles: You understand the business and customer needs, while having the technical expertise to build the solution yourself. You're a "playing coach" who moves seamlessly between strategic customer meetings and the code editor. Experience: You have experience in both technical project management and software development. Technical competence: You write, read and review code daily. You're comfortable setting architecture and specifications. AI interest: You're at the forefront of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable) and see them as a prerequisite for modern development work. Leadership & collaboration: You're a team player who enjoys supporting and guiding the team in how to quality-assure AI-driven code. Your responsibilities Project management: You run workshops, set requirements specifications, manage the backlog and are responsible for tracking deliveries against customer expectations. AI-driven development: You code yourself with tools like Cursor, Lovable and Claude. You build prototypes, modules and complete solutions. Architecture & Quality: You help design technology choices and ensure that AI-generated code meets high standards for security, scalability and accessibility (WCAG). Testing: You test key deliveries in detail before they go to the customer and are responsible for ensuring quality down to the details. Method development: You help drive the team in Nepal towards an AI-driven approach. Together you shape best practices for prompt engineering, AI code reviews and AI-driven testing. What we offer At WebSearch, you won't be just another face in the crowd. You'll get a key role in our transformation into a dedicated AI agency. Meaningful projects: We build solutions that positively impact society. Global environment: Work with engaged colleagues in both Sweden and Nepal. Flexibility: Based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Kathmandu – or a hybrid solution. Impact: You get an active role in shaping how we use AI in our daily work, from the first prompt to the finished product.

Service Staff at Biljardpalatset

Biljardpalatset is looking for you—someone who is genuinely great to work with, has a few years of experience in the industry, and simply loves the job. As a colleague at Biljardpalatset, you won't have a fixed station; instead, you should be willing to work wherever needed at any given moment. Basic knowledge of restaurants/serving is required; bar experience is a plus—we'll teach you everything else along the way. Our coolers are packed with beer, our wine list has over 200 selections, and our spirits cabinet has unexpected depth! That's fun, but you also appreciate structure and have a strong drive to move your workplace forward, understanding the importance of economics. Biljardpalatset sets high standards for quality and development, and we want everyone to contribute with what they do best. You have a strong personality that you're not afraid to show while working. We already have great expertise among our colleagues, and you'll get significant support from day one. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team, primarily on weekends, though for the right person there are weekday opportunities as well since we're open every day of the week. As a workplace, we're one of Gothenburg's most visited pubs, and we can offer a secure work environment—but most importantly, you'll join a workplace that operates with "joy" and "quality" as our guiding principles. We have a collective agreement and apply agreed-upon wages. Start date according to agreement. OUR VISION Biljardpalatset will be Gothenburg's most vibrant and natural choice for entertainment. A place people actively choose when they want to have fun, feel the pulse, and be part of something alive. When a guest walks in, they should immediately feel: · that there's energy in the room · that people are happy, present, and inclusive · that this is a place where you can relax and have a good time Biljardpalatset will be a pub where: · people like to come early · they stay longer than expected · the evening builds in tempo and atmosphere as it gets later We shouldn't be a place where guests just get served. We should be a place where guests are part of the experience. Our ambition is to be: · more party than formal · more people than processes · more feeling than perfection We accept that not everything is perfect, as long as the guest feels seen, welcomed, and happy. Biljardpalatset should be the place in Gothenburg where people say: "This is where you go when you want to have fun—and you want to stay all night." OUR FOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES JOY We spread positive energy. We meet guests and colleagues with a smile, warmth, and the right attitude—even when it's hectic. Joy is an active choice. PRESENCE We are here and now. We see the guests, read the room, and act in the moment. Presence is more important than routines. RESPONSIBILITY We own the situation. Mistakes happen—we solve them immediately, without excuses. Everyone takes responsibility for the whole, not just their task. ATMOSPHERE Everything we do should contribute to pulse, party feeling, and energy. Body language, tempo, music, and attitude matter. We build the evening together.
