As a Sales Associate at Coop Masthuggskajen, you are responsible for performing all common store tasks and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the company and work according to Coop's guidelines, routines, and values. Main Responsibilities Stocking and facing products Building sales displays Checkout work Handling complaints and issues according to procedures Inventory checks, cleaning, and organization in store, storage, and staff areas Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment Following inventory and shrinkage procedures Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment Depending on store needs, you may also work with: Product ordering Returns, receiving checks, and delivery notes Handling CAO Price tagging and campaign signage Price changes Opening and closing the store according to current procedures. These are approximately 15 part-time positions at 10-35 h/week with start date October 1st or by agreement. Working hours vary and include daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends. Requirements Good Swedish in speech and writing is required 18 years of age, as you must be able to work independently at the register Meritorious: Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions Secondary education.
