Waterfront Cabins, part of Svenska Hem in Bromma, is now seeking additional resources for property maintenance on an as-needed basis. The work takes place primarily as needed and is perfect for you if you want to work extra hours. About the Position As a property caretaker with us, you'll be part of a dynamic and engaged team where no two days are the same. You will work with the daily operations of our properties, from maintenance and repairs to ensuring that all our guests have a problem-free and pleasant stay. Your responsibilities include: Daily operations and maintenance of our properties – both indoors and outdoors Addressing urgent maintenance requests Handling fire and evacuation alarms Guest contact for routine matters Collaboration with on-call staff, contractors, and the property team Work occurs during days, evenings, and weekends We're looking for someone who: Is service-oriented and solution-focused Enjoyes flexible work where days can vary Can work independently but also collaborates well in a team Has practical skills and is willing to take responsibility Has experience with similar work (an advantage) Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently What We Offer Flexible extra work as needed Evenings and weekend work included A safe and supportive work environment Work in a unique waterfront property environment in Gothenburg Employment: As-needed employment Start: Immediately or by agreement Location: Kvillepiren 12, Gothenburg Salary according to individual agreement reflecting collective agreement based on experience and age Application Send your application with CV and cover letter to [email protected] and mark your application with the subject "Application Property Caretaker as Needed".
