As a Sales Associate at our Bakery Coop Masthuggskajen, you are responsible for performing all common tasks in the store and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the company and work according to Coop's guidelines, routines, and values. Main Responsibilities Bake and ensure that bakery displays are attractive, fresh, and well-presented Build attractive product displays Cashier work Handle complaints and issues according to procedures Quality checks, cleaning, and organization in the store, storage, and staff areas Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment Follow food safety and waste reduction procedures Contribute to continuous improvements and a good work environment Depending on the store's needs, you may also work with: Product ordering Returns, receiving inspections, and delivery notes Handling CAO Price labeling and campaign signage Price changes Opening and closing the store according to current procedures. These are approximately 5 part-time positions at 10-38.15 h/week with start date October 1st or by agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled during daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends. We use trial employment.
