Technical Project Lead & AI Developer

We're looking for you – a hybrid professional: You're a confident technical project lead who drives deliveries, but you're also a modern developer who codes with AI (Cursor/Claude/Lovable) and knows how to build quality with AI tools. About the role We believe you're someone who refuses to choose between code and leadership. You have a solid background as a developer and enjoy leading projects – but you don't want to put code on the shelf. On the contrary, you see the strength in combining the roles: You understand the business and customer needs, while having the technical expertise to build the solution yourself. You're a "playing coach" who moves seamlessly between strategic customer meetings and the code editor. Experience: You have experience in both technical project management and software development. Technical competence: You write, read and review code daily. You're comfortable setting architecture and specifications. AI interest: You're at the forefront of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable) and see them as a prerequisite for modern development work. Leadership & collaboration: You're a team player who enjoys supporting and guiding the team in how to quality-assure AI-driven code. Your responsibilities Project management: You run workshops, set requirements specifications, manage the backlog and are responsible for tracking deliveries against customer expectations. AI-driven development: You code yourself with tools like Cursor, Lovable and Claude. You build prototypes, modules and complete solutions. Architecture & Quality: You help design technology choices and ensure that AI-generated code meets high standards for security, scalability and accessibility (WCAG). Testing: You test key deliveries in detail before they go to the customer and are responsible for ensuring quality down to the details. Method development: You help drive the team in Nepal towards an AI-driven approach. Together you shape best practices for prompt engineering, AI code reviews and AI-driven testing.
