We at Nevita AB are now looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager who wants to take a key role in developing and winning major projects in the industrial and energy sectors. In this role, you are responsible for the entire process—from identifying business opportunities and developing winning bid strategies to leading the bidding work and ensuring a smooth handover to the project organization. Responsibilities As Senior Bid Manager, you play a central role in the company's business development and are responsible for driving complex bid processes from idea to won contract. Your responsibilities include: • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities. • Lead Bid/No Bid processes and make strategic decisions regarding bidding work. • Develop and drive bidding strategies that strengthen competitiveness. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the bidding process. • Ensure that technical and commercial offers maintain high quality and meet customer requirements. • Conduct risk and opportunity analyses to create well-founded business decisions. • Participate in customer meetings, negotiations, and business dialogues. • Ensure structured handover of won projects to the project organization. Who Are You? We believe you have experience from roles as Bid Manager, Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Commercial Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, or Project Director. You are business-driven, strategic, and experienced in leading complex bidding processes involving many stakeholders. We would prefer that you have: • At least ten years of experience in EPC, EPCM, or major industrial projects. • Documented experience leading and winning complex bids. • Experience with won projects in the range of approximately 20–200 million kronor. • Experience from the energy, process, chemical, or other process-intensive industry. • Good understanding of commercial terms, contract types, and risk management. • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with both customers and cross-functional teams. • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Merits: • Experience with international projects. • Experience in biogas, energy, HVDC, CCS, or hydrogen. • An established network in the Nordic process and energy sector.
