Administrator to Municipal Office

Description Vilhelmina Municipality is now seeking an administrator at the Municipal Executive Board office. This is a permanent position with access as soon as possible or by agreement. The employment rate is 100%. Responsibilities You are responsible for filing correspondence and documents, meeting administration, and administrative support to the Municipal Executive Board with committees, Municipal Council, electoral board, as well as service to the public. You will be part of the municipal office work group consisting of five employees. Qualifications We are looking for someone with administrative education and documented experience working as an administrator/case handler. You should have very good computer skills, knowledge of the Office suite and experience with documentation systems. You should also have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing and be able to work independently. A class B driving license is required.
