We're Growing and Looking for a Production Operator

What you'll be doing As a production operator, you'll help manufacture vacuum-formed plastic parts for Swedish industrial companies. The work is varied: you prepare, run, and follow up on production while ensuring the right quality is delivered on time. · Set up, operate, and monitor our machines · Process, finish, and inspect parts · Document completed work and report deviations · Contribute to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production · Work with CNC machining when your skills and tasks align Who we think you are You don't need to know everything from the start. Experience from manufacturing is a plus, but we value practical skills, technical interest, and the right attitude just as highly. · You take responsibility, work carefully, and care about results. · You collaborate well and pitch in where needed. · You enjoy understanding how things work and solving problems. · You're comfortable with varied work where the pace can change. · You see the value in order, safety, and clear working methods. If you have experience with CNC, CAD, machine setup, or other industrial production, that's a plus—but not required. About Diling Teknik Diling Teknik AB is located in Vilhelmina and is a subcontractor to large and small industrial companies, primarily in Sweden. We vacuum-form plastic parts and post-process them, including on five-axis CNC machines. We're a small company with close collaboration, great variety in production, and the ambition to improve every day.
