Job Coach
We are looking for a job coach for Rusta och matcha in Vänersborg We are seeking an engaged, independent, and results-oriented job coach on a part-time basis for our Rusta och matcha program in Vänersborg. As a job coach, you support and guide job seekers on their path toward employment or education. Your responsibilities include individual coaching, skills assessment, matching with employers, documentation, and follow-up. The position is characterized by freedom with responsibility. You will have the opportunity to plan and structure your work independently, while being responsible for meeting established goals, quality standards, and deadlines. Requirements: You meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's current education and experience requirements for job coaches in Rusta och matcha. You have strong ability to coach, motivate, and build trust. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently. You have good knowledge of the job market and preferably an established local employer network. Previous experience with Rusta och matcha or similar labor market initiatives is a merit. About the Job Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a job coach/mentor to join our team within the Rusta and Matcha program. As a job coach, you will work with unemployed participants and provide them with support and guidance to find the right path to employment or education. Your assignment is to create individual action plans, monitor progress, and provide participants with concrete tools to strengthen their chances on the job market. Individual coaching and support for participants in job searching Create action plans and set goals for each participant Motivate and engage participants to take active steps toward employment or education Collaborate with employers to find matching jobs for participants Document and report progress according to the Rusta and Matcha program guidelines Qualifications: Experience working as a job coach, mentor, or similar role Understanding of the job market and tools to help job seekers Ability to build strong relationships and motivate others Structured and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Interest and commitment to helping people move closer to the job market Alternative 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits according to the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Alternative 2: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Work management with personnel responsibility - Recruitment - Career transition work for job seekers - Career and vocational guidance - Handling of personnel matters (not administration only) - Work with employment and labor market issues - Work with social and group Eligible for new start job support Work location: Trollhättan and Vänersborg Application: Submit your application and CV to: [email protected]
