We are looking for a job coach for Rusta och matcha in Vänersborg We are seeking an engaged, independent, and results-oriented job coach on a part-time basis for our Rusta och matcha program in Vänersborg. As a job coach, you support and guide job seekers on their path toward employment or education. Your responsibilities include individual coaching, skills assessment, matching with employers, documentation, and follow-up. The position is characterized by freedom with responsibility. You will have the opportunity to plan and structure your work independently, while being responsible for meeting established goals, quality standards, and deadlines. Requirements: You meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's current education and experience requirements for job coaches in Rusta och matcha. You have strong ability to coach, motivate, and build trust. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently. You have good knowledge of the job market and preferably an established local employer network. Previous experience with Rusta och matcha or similar labor market initiatives is a merit.
