We're looking for someone who: - is a certified after-school program teacher - has experience working in after-school programs with students ages 6-9 - has experience with development work in after-school programs or similar - is well versed in all parts of the curriculum and other relevant governing documents - is skilled with digital tools that you use creatively in instruction as well as for your own planning, follow-up, and documentation - has strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written You're well familiar with and uphold the professional ethical principles for teachers and have the ability to promote democratic values, believing all students are equally worthy. We're looking for an engaged and proactive person who sees possibilities and takes responsibility for developing the activities. Through your strong collaboration skills, you build positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and actively contribute to an open and inclusive work environment. You have natural leadership and through an attentive and professional approach, you inspire students to participate and learn both during the school day and in the after-school program's activities.
