We're now seeking a driven, service-oriented, and engaged supervisor for several of our ongoing assignments in Stockholm. In this role, you'll have a central position where you contribute to quality assurance by ensuring cleaning of the highest standard. You'll help create a safe and clean work environment for our customers—something they show clear appreciation for. What you will be working with: • Planning and allocating work tasks within the team • Following up on daily deliverables and ensuring high quality of completed work • Introduction and training of existing and new staff • Follow-up and reporting of work • Carrying out quality inspections and handling any complaints together with the team • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues We're looking for someone who has: • High school diploma or equivalent • Leadership training • At least 2 years of experience as a leader in facilities management • Experience working in administrative systems and good PC skills • Pryl, SRY or equivalent certification • A strong customer and business focus • Drive and goal-orientation as well as the ability to develop both employees and operations • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Meriting qualifications include Skylift card, knowledge in deep cleaning-floor care-window cleaning, Tengella or similar work platform About the position Scope: Full-time Employment type: Permanent employment (probationary period applies) Start date: By agreement Don't hesitate to submit your application as we conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
