Description of Harvik Care Harvik Care is a residential care facility (HVB) for people with mental health issues and comorbidities. We accept both men and women over 18 years of age who require services under the Social Services Act. Our goal is to provide our residents with meaningful daily lives in a safe environment. Description of the Position The position primarily involves participating in resident care and daily living activities. More specifically, this includes standard nursing assistant tasks and other duties that arise in the facility. We consistently strive to place residents' needs at the center, provide quality care, maintain good medication compliance, and promote a good living situation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a respectful and caring approach. You are a confident and responsible person. Within Systems Administration, we manage both overarching support systems and business systems. As a systems administrator, you have primary responsibility for ensuring that our systems meet business needs and serve as the primary contact point between the business units and vendors. You also collaborate closely with our shared IT Center, which is responsible for infrastructure, networks and operational support. QUALIFICATIONS You should have a university degree in computer science, information systems or other equivalent education. You can write and express yourself fluently in Swedish and possess good knowledge of deploying and managing IT systems. Furthermore, it is important that you can combine a deep understanding of business operations with strong technical understanding, so that you both see the big picture and master the technical details. You should also have a genuine interest in business systems and digital working methods in the public sector. Desirable qualifications: • Experience implementing new systems. • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM). • Previous work in municipal operations. • Knowledge of Microsoft365 administration. • Project management experience. • Basic understanding of information security and GDPR.
